I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was old-style but clean and had a wonderful bed, with a jacuzzi in the small, but adequate bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the hub of town, making everything within walking distance. The staff were friendly and meticulous in the upkeep, but the dining experience was a bit lacking in variety.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and offered great value for the price. They contained an enormous bed, two armchairs, a desk, a flat-screen TV, and patio doors to a private balcony. Additionally, access to another room with a king-sized bed and a small but adequate bathroom made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to town, shops, and restaurants, making it very central and convenient for exploring the area. The service was very friendly, although there was a slight delay with the room being cleaned when we arrived late. The dining experience was satisfactory with a variety of breakfast options available. Overall, a great find with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The location is very convenient, right smack dab in the middle of Manitou Springs, allowing easy access to shops and dining. The dining experience was just right before heading off on a nearby adventure. However, the hotel could improve on breakfast options, and some aspects of cleanliness may be concerning.
